Indian corporates raise Rs 10.32 billion in Private Placements of Debt in Sept 2021.

During Sep 2021, 9 issuers in total raised Rs 10.32 billion through private placements. Jalpa Devi Tollways raised Rs 5.47 billion by issuing 1 bond with 13-years. Edelweiss Finance & Investments raised Rs 1.09 billion by issuing 2 bond with 2 & 3-years maturity.

During Sep 2021, 9 issuers in total raised Rs 10.32 billion through private placements. Jalpa Devi Tollways raised Rs 5.47 billion by issuing 1 bond with 13-years. Edelweiss Finance & Investments raised Rs 1.09 billion by issuing 2 bond with 2 & 3-years maturity.

 

Rating Updates – Aug 2021

During September 2021, India Rating affirmed credit rating of issuers including REC, National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, NMDC, Bank of Baroda, HUDCO, Wockhardt Limited, UP Tollway Limited, Wind One Renergy Private Limited, Aegis Gas (LPG) Private Limited, CEAT Limited while it assigned rating to Maharashtra Eastern Grid Power Transmission Company Limited, Tecton Engineering & Construction (India) Private Limited, Bangalore Malur Highways Private Limited, TP Southern Odisha Distribution Limited, Marymatha Infrastructure Private Limited, Virescent Renewable Energy Trust etc.

During the mentioned month, ICRA affirmed  ratings of  major issuers including SBI, Tata Sons private Ltd, Central Bank of India, Vastu Housing Finance Corporation Limited, Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited, Mahanagar Gas Limited, AVG Motors Limited, Edelweiss Asset Management Limited, Nirma Ltd, Sovereign Metals Limited etc.
